The kids will make a cute 3D clay animal such as a cat,
a dog, a gerbil or they can even make a wild animal such
as a monkey or lion, The kids can choose any animal to make, as long as it has a tail.
Children love drawing cartoons but I also have never met a child who does not love animals.

Tails and Tales Clay Fun
This summer, I will be offering two fun "Tails and Tales" cartoon programs: Clay Fun and Animal Bookmarks. Both of these programs will be available in virtual and live format depending on what we are allowed to do during this pandemic.

Making 3D Clay Cartoon Animals
In this clay program not only will the kids learn how to draw some fun cartoon animals but they will also create a mini-story book about the 3D Clay Cartoon animal creation that they will also be making.
Tails and Tales Cartoon Fun
We use Crayola Model Magic and only the primary colors: red, yellow, blue, black and white. In this program they come to realize that every color in the world can be made from the primary colors.

Animal Bookmarks
Making Fun & Creative
In this fun program kids will learn how to make funny cartoon animals as they draw along with Debi the Cartoonist.
Next the children will work on a fun art project as they make their own cartoon animal bookmarks that they will be able to take home and use.
This project will help improve their drawing and creative writing skills as they create a character and cute saying for their cartoon bookmark. What a fun way to learn about product application for cartoons!
